How do I delete my data?

All your entries and mood data are stored locally on your device. To delete everything, simply uninstall the app. You can also delete individual entries from within the app.

Does Moodrift require an account?

No. Moodrift works without an account — your data stays on your device and is never tied to an email address or identity.

How does voice recording work?

When you record a journal entry, your voice is transcribed on-device when possible. Transcripts are used to generate your weekly AI insights and are stored locally.

I'm having trouble with the AI insights. What should I do?

Insights are generated after you've logged at least a few entries. If something looks wrong or you're not seeing insights after a week of use, email us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select Moodrift to cancel or manage your plan.
